How do I know if my order has been processed?

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been captured, confirming a date and approximate time of delivery.

Can I request a specific time for delivery?

Unfortunately our delivery window varies every day depending on demand and route requirement. Please contact us on the morning of your delivery if you need an ETA and we will gladly follow up with our driver.

What if I am not happy with the products I order?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and you are welcome to return any product you are not completely satisfied with. Provided you notify us on the day of delivery, we will refund you for the full value of the item or provide you with a replacement.
