No Loadshedding

Our backup generator means that we are completely unaffected by loadshedding, so when the lights go out, our ovens stay on.

No Transport Strikes

Thanks to our dedicated staff shuttle service, we can continue operations mostly unscathed during transport strikes.

Conveniently Flexible

With our strategically central location in Paarden Eiland and our own fleet of delivery trucks, we can be as flexible as you need.

Office Hours

07h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday
07h00 to 10h00 Saturdays
13h00 to 16h00 Sundays and public holidays preceding delivery days

Orders may be placed 24/7 via email, WhatsApp, or Order Form.

Deliveries

We deliver to most areas around Cape Town from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

We always aim for consistent delivery times. However, these cannot be guaranteed and therefore we recommend you plan to receive time-sensitive orders the previous day.

Please note that we require a minimum order value of R300 (incl. VAT) for delivery. Orders below R300 may be collected during office hours.

Auto-order Forms

If you're a regular client of ours, we can set up an automated system for you to use when placing orders.

Cash Orders

We can only process orders for verified account customers and no longer accept ad-hoc cash orders. However, regular customers can open a weekly account quickly and easily, subject to verification of details and a weekly payment arrangement.

Returns / Requests for Credit

Please check goods thoroughly at the time of delivery. We will gladly accept back any goods which you are not satisfied with and return with our driver on the day of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot approve credit requests made after the day of delivery.

Custom Products

We sometimes develop custom products depending on the volume and complexity required and given at least 21 days for testing and approval.

Small changes to our standard products may be accommodated with a minimum 48-hour notice period and subject to the volume required.
